What will your next 4 years look like?

Uncertainty, Come Up or Stagnant?

One thing is for certain, the election has already embedded an essential mineral that was already planted, The mineral planted is the importance of multiple streams of income, Hence the pandemic. Naturally, it doesn’t matter who is in office. Democratic or Republican black people through recorded history time have ultimately always had a harder way to go. This is not just in the United States this is worldwide, look at the Sars epidemic in Nigeria. It’s an isolated question that I have personally asked the universe to clarify however, I haven’t gotten an answer back.

Imagine your ancestors being tricked in their homeland to come to a country that ultimately doesn’t like you. America has always been built on immigration from the native Americans to the African slaves yet there have never been any respirations to either race.

What this race is showing is that the mass population of Americans is ok with racism, Islamophobia, misogynistic behavior, sexism, homophobia just to name a few. So many people have this narrative of an Agenda especially in the black community, agendas of all sorts. When in actual statics say otherwise. The African American population is roughly 13.4%, Those who represent the Muslim faith represent 3.45 million Americans which is 1.1% of the population, Those who identify as LGBTQ represent 4.5% of the American population, Self-employed represent 10% of the American population, I could establish more statistics but its unnecessary. If you represent one of these groups you are the minority.

So many of us wish for resolution and a level of healing but I don’t think that will come in the form of the next president.

We’ve already established that people of minority groups have a harder way to go, so it would make sense to get along cohesively so we can have better outcomes in life collectively. This year has established and defined the need for that statement.

These are the things I have taken from 2020:

1. It’s important to establish multiple sources of income

2. It is important to be centered mind, body, and spirit

3. Health is wealth

4. There Is beauty in nontoxic friendships and relationships

5. Forgiveness doesn’t mean reconnect

6. Celebrate differences

7. Agree to disagree respectfully

8. Love on our children, nieces, nephews, cousins, god babies

9. Give to the less fortunate

10. Pray

These principles are things I often stuck true to me like glue, of course with imperfections but I have personally stuck close to it and 2020 has made me want to stick to those things even more. As we brace ourselves for the next 4 years of life no matter the political outcome. What will your next 4 years look like? That’s the ultimate question, a question a lot of people haven’t even sat down with themselves to answer.
